For improving information retrieval on habré

Habr is growing daily, all the time there are new blogs every day — several articles.
To search for information is becoming harder.
I think for those who have ever tried to find something very specific, I don't need to come up with examples and arguments to prove that the search is not organized perfectly. You can search for just a substring of the search modifiers in the row are missing (have not found anything about it in "Help"), you cannot search for titles only, you cannot choose to search for specific hubs.
In addition, the orientation in the hubs too difficult. For example, to find signed if I hub "Android", first I need to guess to reveal the "show settings" in the subscription center. Then guess where sits the hub Android. "Hardware and gadgets"? No. "Telecommunications"? No. And, it turns out he is in "Software". For this I had to open each section and see the existing hubs. Because the list of hubs is loaded via Ajax, so there's Ctrl-F will not help.

If, in fact, improved search and navigation hubs are on Habre, but I missed them — please point it out.

But assuming that they did not propose to discuss the following:
1) improve search results. Make a separate page for "advanced search", where you could choose the option "search titles only" or "only text" or "in review". In addition, it would be possible to select a list of hubs that need to implement the search.
2) to do something like "map", which would have been deployed a list of all hubs and everyone could find the right hub and the section to which it belongs, immediately on Ctrl-F.

Perhaps it is permissible to combine the two proposals.
