Accordingly, our community — those who like this approach and want to develop it by sharing your experience. On our the website we publish articles and organize meetings.

An example of our meeting is Code&Coffee. Code &Coffee is an informal morning meeting, at which we drink coffee, write code and communicate while we will not delay the work. There are no hard and fast rules and requirements — just a desire to learn or share experiences. So far we have held two meetings — one to explore the Facebook API, the second is to deal with the testing of multithreaded applications. All the information about these meetings, we published in Facebook group.

imageAnother type is XP Battle. XP Battle is a free event that is dedicated to the testing of a particular engineering practice or examples of practical use of the tool. Our audience is those who are called Software Engineer. Why do we need this? We want the Russian-speaking engineering community grew and developed. To well known engineering practices (TDD, AFT and other scary words) started to use more and more number of people, and new practices became available to a wider audience for study and use in the work.
The event format is very simple: we invite up to 30 participants and up to 15 fans. All participants work in pairs — tester + developer. The event takes place for 4 hours, during which all participants must complete quests, get achievements and work of the chosen practices, for example TDD. The work is short iterations: introductory — training — debrief.

So we started page on Facebook, where you post news, tidbits, and other useful things. If you are interested in all this, then welcome!
